ANOTHER SASKATCHEWAN PNP DRAW JUST AFTER 2 WEEKS | Loft Immigration

Last March 24, 2021, Saskatchewan had 418 candidates for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) and just after two weeks, they are adding 279 more to the draw held recently on April 8.

Nominees who are eligible came from the International Skilled Worker stream which has two subcategories. Among the total of 279, 133 are from the Occupations In-Demand subcategory and 146 are from the Express Entry – Loft Immigration category of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program. On both subcategories, invited candidates have required an Expression of Interest (EOI) score of at least 70 and strong educational credentials that meet the Canadian measures. Occupations In-Demand nominees needed work experience in one of the 58 occupations listed on Saskatchewan’s government website. A few of the eligible professions are social workers, educational instructors, medical laboratory technicians and so on.

Invitations for Occupations In-Demand are candidates who do not have an Express Entry profile. These candidates are also vastly skilled professionals with experience who do not have an existing job offer yet in Saskatchewan. The jobs applied are in-demand occupations or with high demand for economic demographics of the province.

On the other hand, Express Entry candidates obviously have Express Entry profiles in Canada. Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program is linked to the federal Express Entry system from where the pool of candidates come from the three main economic class immigration programs of Canada namely, Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class.

All candidates should create an EOI profile for Saskatchewan to be considered for an invitation to apply. Nominees will be assessed based on their educational background, occupation experiences, language skills and other information that can help them with their ability to settle in Saskatchewan.
