The province of Manitoba issued 243 invitations last April 8 of this year to apply for provincial nomination. Invitations distributed through provincial nomination programs are firm support for final applications for Canadian permanent residence.
A total of 1870 candidates have already received invitation from Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (MPNP) since January that is divided into three streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas, and International Education Stream. - International Education Stream – 21 invitations with no EOI score requirement. A total of 15 invitations or Letters of Advice to Apply went to Express Entry candidates
